What happens on a Discovery Call?
On a Discovery call, we audit your business needs and see where you're currently at and where you want to go. We also understand that many clinics have done marketing in the past, whether it's a bad experience with an agency or handling it themselves. We truly discuss everything to see if our services are a fit for you.
Do I need to do anything if the done-for-you service handle EVERYTHING?
We handle everything from the full campaign management, to monthly performance reports. However, we will still need you to work alongside us on the sales process, certain lead inquiries, and filming the content.
How quickly will I see results?
Results vary depending on the type of offer and treatment advertised. Most clients expect see their first few leads within the 7–14 days of launch. After the 30+ days is where a fully optimized, consistently performing campaign creates the best CPL coming in consistently.
If I'm a solo or part-time injector — is this even for me?
Definitely. Every injector starts somewhere - whether it's doing this part-time, building on the side, or just getting their first few clients. You don't need to be a big clinic to have a real marketing system. We help you gradually build a patient pipeline for your business. How do I know if leads are booking?
Since we do not get access to your direct booking platform, we go over leads who've actually booked during our review calls. Many booking platforms do appointment booking summaries, so this will help us confirm who has booked, how many leads have booked, and who hasn't.
